Printing Custom Margin Report Formatting List

1. When you first enter the Custom Margin Report Formatting option a Select An Option window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print, dependent on the criteria entered when the custom margin report format(s) were entered into the system:

Headers:

• Ref - The custom margin report reference number.
• Report Name - The name of the report.
• EOD - The report prints at the end of day, Y=Yes, N=No.
• Primary Sort - The primary key you selected--the first-level sort characteristic.
• Secondary Sort - The secondary key you selected--the second-level sort characteristic.
• Tertiary Sort - The tertiary key you selected--the third-level sort characteristic.

Body of Report:

• COL1 through COL9 - Lines one through nine will display for each custom margin report column format. Lines that have not been defined will display as blank.
• Report shows:
  • Three header columns.
  • Content.
  • Periods
  • Decimal placement.
  • A/D (Ascending/Descending) sort order.
